By this time I had had enough of the infamous Dalton Highway. I rode 500 miles this day, from Deadhorse back to Fairbanks on a busted, beatup bike and a sprained left ankle. On the Haul Road. The road the truckers call the " Kamikazi Highway ". On the road that has claimed the lives of more than 500 people in the last 40 some years. I'm glad I can say I did it. But it definitely falls into the category of " been there, done that, don't need to do it again."
