This is a piece of a final drive housing off a GS that was brought to George on a pallet; yet another of the many victims of the Dalton Highway. There were lots of wrecked bikes serving mute testimony to the unrealized dreams of many a biker trying to navigate that hazardous road to Deadhorse. This part was off a bike featured in the magazine article; " How not to do the Haul Road" in the BMW ON Rag.
